How to join SDC meetings as an external participant
Microsoft Teams
What is Teams?
Microsoft Teams is a standard product combining meeting functionality with modern collaboration features.
If you receive an invitation for a Teams meeting you can join:
Via web
Click the link in the invitation: Join Microsoft Teams Meeting and select participate via web using a newer web browser.
Pexip / VMR
What is Pexip?
Pexip is SDC’s ”Virtual Meeting Room” (VMR) solution providing many multiple for connecting from different devices.
If you receive an invitation for a Pexip meeting you can join
Via web
Via App
If you organization is already using Teams, you can join via Teams on you computer or phone.
Video conferencing in a meeting room
From supported video equipment such as Cisco dial up to the address, ex. 63631234@meet.sdc.dk
Via phone
Make a call to +45 6363 6500. Enter conference ID followed by #, ex. 63631234# Or download the Pexip app on your phone (see details in FAQ below)
Via Teams
Copy the meeting room number from the invitation to your Teams app and click enter, ex. 63631234@meet.sdc.dk
Via Skype for Business
Copy the meeting room number from the invitation to your Skype for Business client and click enter, ex. 63631234@meet.sdc.dk
